Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully, as they include the General Terms of Service (“General Terms”) that apply to your access and use of our websites and any related services (“Sites”). Additional terms may apply to specific services listed above, and these terms are incorporated into the agreement where applicable. For certain services, promotions, or events, additional terms may be provided at the point of purchase or interaction. In the case of a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms provided for specific services, those latter terms shall control for that particular service.
General Terms of Service
By using or accessing our Sites that link to these Terms, you are agreeing to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. Additionally, by placing any orders or using services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, forming a legally binding contract with Qstomize.
IMPORTANT: These Terms contain an arbitration and class action waiver provision in the “Arbitration” section (Section 11). Please read carefully, as it affects your rights regarding any disputes with Qstomize.

In accordance with these Terms, Qstomize grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our Sites, including any media, content, or materials available on them, for your personal purposes only. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of our Sites without prior written consent. Additionally, you agree to the following:
- Do not access images or accounts that you do not own or have permission to view.

- Avoid impersonating anyone or providing fraudulent contact information.
- Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Avoid spamming, transmitting viruses, or scraping data from our Sites.
2. Your Member Account
To create a member account, you will need to register and provide accurate information, which you agree to keep up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify Qstomize immediately.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to register without parental consent.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. Prices and product availability are subject to change, and you agree to pay any applicable taxes on purchases.

6. Social Media and Other Integrated Services
We may offer features that allow you to connect your social media accounts (such as Facebook or Instagram) to your Qstomize account. By doing so, you authorize us to access and use your social media content for the purpose of enhancing your experience with our services. Please be aware that this may include the sharing of content or personal information based on your privacy settings on those platforms.
7. User Submitted Materials
When you submit any content, such as images or text (“User Submitted Materials”), you retain ownership but grant Qstomize the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such materials to fulfill your orders or for promotional purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any materials you submit and that they do not infringe on the rights of others.
8. Copyright and Trademark Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe any material on our Sites infringes on your copyright, please notify us in accordance with the procedures outlined in our copyright policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our Sites and services are provided “as is” without any warranties. 11. Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Sites will be resolved through binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, such as the American Arbitration Association.

Service-Specific Additional Terms
Custom Design Services
We offer custom design services for personalized products. By submitting your own designs or materials, you grant Qstomize the right to use those materials for the production of the ordered product. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but Qstomize owns the rights to the final design and product.
